Standard Shipping

Our policy is to ship on the business day following the date of your order (placed prior to 11:59 p.m. EST).  Your package may be expected within two business days after ship date. Please refer to the UPS tracking link on your Order Confirmation for the status of your delivery.

Please note: complete and correct street addresses are required for all shipments.  Rural Route Boxes are deliverable but not P.O. Boxes.

Ansley Ribs shipping and handling procedures ensure that our great meats that you enjoy at home will arrive to you in perfect condition.

• Our great ribs are vacuum packaged and flash frozen to preserve their wonderful smoked flavor. 
• Our rib's will arrive positioned in a custom molded, protective and recyclable insulated shipping container with five lbs. of dry ice. (1)  For further protection, the insulated container is placed in a sturdy, recyclable corrugated box.

(1)  Even though the dry ice may have completely evaporated at the time of arrival, the frozen environment has been maintained within the container.  Note: do not handle any remaining dry ice with bare hands.  Wear gloves or leave dry ice in the container until it completely evaporates.
